EMCO Hyperturn 110
It deserves your special attention, representing a new generation of multi-purpose machine tools of the highest level of manufacturing capacity and flexibility.
Just an overview of its specifications:
There are two spindle versions — А2-11 и А2-8. Both versions feature reliable and vibration-resistant bearings. The speed range is rather wide — up to 3500 min-1 (for А2-8), high torque — 2480 Nm (А2-11).
Swing arm Sinumerik control unit, with USB interface on the operator panel, with diagnostics from EMCO. The keyboard arrangement is clear, a bigger display and a PC keyboard are available as options.
Hyperturn 110 also features a built-in tool magazine with 40-80 tool stations, easily accessible for manual loading and checks.
The working assemblies of the machine tool are completely protected, thereby, there is a large machining area with upper loading facility, a chips conveyor and coolant pumps.
