The feed automation is implemented by means of a gantry loader for MAXXTURN 95 and EMCO LM1500 bar feeder. The gantry loader features multi-purpose grippers and clamping systems and can be adjusted for your individual demands, a universal workpiece feeding and part removal mode can be configured. As to the bar feeder, it ideally suits feeding of bars cut down to 1500 mm. EMCO LM1500 demands little space, is quick in operation, the control unit excellently interfaces the machine tool control.
